Virtual Session

  • Your trainer will call you via (FaceTime, Zoom, etc.) during the time of your appointment.

  • View your trainer as he demonstrates each tailored exercise for your needs.

  • Sessions can take place wherever you are! In your home, on vacation, in your hotel room or gym, even outside. The options and level of convenience are endless!

Tip #1
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar with Lemon Juice or with Green Tea, Ginger and Raw Honey.

You can also take Apple Cider Vinegar in a shot glass if you can handle the tartness.

Drink Water or add Lemon with all meals.

PORTION CONTROL

Portion control promotes a balanced plate. Eating more greens (I.e. spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower) supports easier digestion of meats and starch.

Try eating starches no later than lunch time so you can burn it off for the remainder of the day.
